QLD: Man to face trial over Nationals car break in
BRISBANE, Feb 20 AAP - A 20-year-old man was ordered to stand trial today over the
alleged break-in of Queensland National Party deputy leader Jeff Seeney's car.
Uikilifi Nau Tonga faced a brief hearing in Brisbane's Magistrates Court on three charges
arising from an incident at Parliament House in Brisbane on October 11 last year.
Tonga is accused of seriously assaulting a parliamentary security guard, possessing
a screwdriver and breaking into Mr Seeney's car.
