On the eve of Gov. Blagojevich's first budget address, the newsabout tobacco prevention funding in Illinois is gloomy.

While Illinois receives about $300 million annually as part of the1998 Master Settlement Agreement with tobacco companies, it continuesto cut funding for critical tobacco prevention and cessationprograms.
